This company is absolutely terrible providing any replacement parts. One of the grill plates broke on first attempt to use it and that was in December and it is now almost July and I am told when I call the part store for Foreman products that they do not yet have the replacement part. That is totally absurd.

I was a little skeptical about buying this because I had heard mixed reviews, but I went ahead and got it anyway. Very pleased. Got it yesterday and tried several times to see if the plates pop off, and mine don't at all. The sticker peeled right off. The top grill plate is a little harder to put in though. This a.m. I made an omelet in the baking pan and it came out fantastic. Very fluffy. Tonight I made beer brats with the grill plates, and they had the dark grill marks and were great. Lots of grease in the little pan after those!! Also, my house doesn't stink to high heaven like it does if I cook brats on the stove. I bought stuff for quesidillas tonight, and I will try those next. So far so good!!Customer Review: This product is a TKO!

I bought this grill due to the apartment I live in is a studio and with certain fire codes in place it meant that I needed an alternative to a stove. The 360 Grill was the perfect choice! The griddle makes great eggs and is a great way to prepare other dishes as well. Cooking steaks, chicken and mixing in vegetables with them is a wonderful and quick dinner fix. The cleaning is easy. I suggest that you follow the instructions that come with the grill when it comes to care of your grill. Use a lite cooking oil to condition your grilling plates prior to using. There will be a little smoke and smell of cookies oil the first tiem you use the grill this way. After that then your plates are ready for great cooking. The size is perfect for big steaks and also the floating hindge is wonderful too. I purchased the black model since I am a Star Wars fan...it looks like Darth Vader when you turn it on! I suggest that you do a few practice dishes to learn the heat settings better. I made a steak last night that was amazing! Juicy, tender and full of flavor. I will be using my grill for years to come! BTW, there was not a sticker on the grill like I had read in other reviews. Maybe they stopped doing that due to the complaints they were getting. I love George Foreman Grills, noramally. My husband gave me the Foreman 360 for Christmas. When we first used it, we noticed that the handles that you attach the plates to don't stay in place. They slide a little. I could probably let that go, and I did, until about the fourth time i used it. I always make sure I put the plates on properly. While lifting the lid up, the plate fell off, burned my counter, hit the ground, and the handle smashed into several pieces. I'm pretty upset by this, not only because I didn't get to use it more than a handful of times, but I can imagine the replacement parts are going to cost me a pretty penny. This will most likely be the last time I purchase a Foreman product. Customer Review: Excellent Upgrade

We've had several versions of the George Foreman Grill, but this is the first with removable plates. No more balancing acts over the sink. The removable plates are easy to clean. Note: you can put the plate in the dishwasher. However, the back of the plates will discolor. No harm done, but it's dull. The cooking is also superior to other grills we've had. BTW: It takes a long time to cool down.
