Customer Review: George Foreman Really Is The Champ!

My family has owned countertop grills for a few years now. Not George Forman grills though. We loved the convience of having an inside grill, but we hated the clean-up. The grill we just replaced had removeable grill plates (for easy clean-up). MY EYE! Instead of grease dripping into the dish provided it would drip all over the counter and under the grill plate itself. Though only once did it catch fire. When we ordered the George Foreman I was very skeptical about it doing all that it is suppose to do. Boy was I surprised, it cleaned up very easily, no mess with the grease, plus no pesky kitchen fires to ruin your evening. The bun warmer is also a favorite feature of mine. I usually have to heat the oven to toast my hamburger buns, NO MORE! My husband and I are so happy with this grill I will definately be recommending it to everyone I meet. I'll also remember where I received a wonderful price for it.

Former heavyweight boxing champ George Foreman loves his meat but not the fat, so he devised a series of fat-reducing electric indoor grilling machines. This family-size grill provides more than fifty square inches of cooking surface for burgers, steaks, or chicken. Sloping channels allow grease to run off into the drip tray during cooking, keeping meats lean. Nonstick, wipe-clean plates on the heavy lid and base don?t require greasing and sear meats to seal in juices. Both sides of the food are cooked at once, so no flipping is required and cooking time is cut in half. Fish fillets, vegetables, grilled cheese sandwiches, and vegetarian burgers also cook well in this grill. A floating hinge allows the lid to fit evenly over thick foods, and the top of the lid flips up to expose a metal bun warming surface.
